For more than 15 years we have been manufacturing and selling our manlid sealings as packages under the tradename KLING-ER-FLEX (KLF) that is known throughout Europe and enjoys an excellent reputation. We also have a selection of special qualities.
The manlid sealings were developed in cooperation with leading haulage companies and tank container operators who transport toxic, chemical and gaseous products safely and cleanly to their customers. Not only have most hazardous material hauliers in Europe decided in favour of our dome cover seals, the BASF works fire service has within the scope of the TUIS (the chemical industry's transport accident help system) various versions of our dome cover seals to hand in the event of accidents involving hazardous materials.
We guarantee continuous fabrication and dimensional stability of our products. In contrast to cut-price imports with a substantially shorter service life due to a lower PTFE content, our dome cover seals have a high PTFE content. This forms the basis for the chemical resistance property and the quality of ourKLF dome cover seals.
KLING-ER-FLEX manlid sealings are available from stock in approx. 25 different sizes. We are able to make any required size for you upwards of a minimum weight of approx. 10 kg.

We stock the following lengths (yellow marking)
1.05 m (FORT VALE)
1.63 m with 45-degree bevel cut (FORT VALE)
1.70 m (FORT VALE)
1.90 m (MAGYAR)
or optionally in "ballots" of approx. 10 kg.
We can also provide the appropriate bevelling shear for a clean bevel cut.
In addition, we have a particularly high-quality seal on offer that is gas-tight.
KLING-ER-FLEX dome cover seal in special quality (green marking)

For foods: our dome cover seals are available in light-coloured natural rubber, 1.70 m long, sealed in PE plastic film.
A new development by our company is an O ring of white, non-bleeding special caoutchouc which is especially suitable for the two media butyl acrylate and methyl acrylate. The ring measures 485 x 15 mm to fit FORT VALE covers NW 500.
A closed seal is available in NBR quality with 2-fold PTFE cladding. This is suitable for size NW 500 FORT VALE covers. For absolutely gas-tight and uniform closure of the FORT VALE cover NW 500 we can offer our red silicone seal with seamless closed FEP (PTFE) cladding.
This offers the guarantee for absolutely safe and reliable transportation of your chemicals, since the PTFE cladding is universally durable.
