By the B 38a road:

• Exit "Mannheim-Neckarau", follow signs to the industrial estate
• on the "Mallaustrasse/Floßwörtstrasse" to Metro, Aldi, Media Markt.
• 3. Take the 3rd road on the right (Siegmund-Schuckert-Straße),
  opposite the MTR company (Mannheim road tanker cleaners)
